We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange within 180 & 30 days from the date you receive your wall art.
Change of Mind Returns (180 days)
If you change your mind about your order, you have 180 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive an exchange or store credit with an identical value of your initial purchase. Please refer to the Refund Policy below:
Please note that Return Shipping Fee is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (Damage or Incorrect Item). Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Returns (30 days)
On the rare chance that an item you ordered arrived damaged, please keep all the packing materials as you received them, and contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your wall art. It may also be helpful to take a few pictures of the package or the item so that we can see exactly what happened. We will arrange for a replacement and we’ll take care of any shipping or postage costs that may incur.
Damaged items don’t need to be returned as long as an approved evidence e.g. photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect products are sent. However, for incorrect items ordered by client(e.g. unframed canvas(rolled canvas without any stretching or framing) , items will need to be returned to us for exchange or store credit.
There are no refunds/exchange/store credit for any item/s returned after 30 days.
Item failed to be delivered by post due to wrong or insufficient address
It is buyer's responsibility to input accurate and complete delivery address while ordering. If the courier or post office fails to delivery item due to wrong or insufficient address, buyers will be charged a redelivery fee.
Credit Card Chargebacks
Should an issue arise with your order, you can request a refund by contacting our customer support. The request will be reviewed base on our current Refund Policy. You agree that whatever the outcome of your refund request, you will not initiate any chargeback with your payment source. You must notify Canvasx.net in writing via email of any item in dispute within 48 hours of delivery date. Canvasx.net will make all attempts to validate your dispute in accordance with company policy, guidelines, rules or management discretion. If Canvasx.net accepts the claim we will issue a credit back to your Canvasx.net account or credit your credit card Canvasx.net has sole discretion to accept any customer dispute claim.
Can I Return a Custom Made Product?
Please read carefully before making your purchase on Hand-Painted item. All Hand-Painted canvas orders made through this online store are custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason.
Each piece of hand painted canvas would take 9-12 business days to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. There is no refund, exchange or cancellation available on custom, made to order and special order items.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported measurements information and dimensions for our products on our listing. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product size may vary slightly. All measurements are believed to be reasonably correct to within 1-5% of actual size but are not warranted to be accurate.
Returns Resolutions
Refund to Original Payment Method (For Damaged & Incorrect Items Only)
Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund with an identical value of your initial purchase, minus the 20% processing fee.
Refund to Store Credit
A voucher that can be used to pay for other purchases within the site identical value of your initial purchase, minus the 20% processing fee.
Exchange
Replacement of the same or any item with a lesser or identical value from the original order

We provide a unique return process to make it quick and easy to exchange or refund your order.
To get started on your return, just go to our Returns Center and process your return request.
Return requests are subject for review, once your return request has been submitted. We will be sending out another email with further instructions as soon as we review your request.
Cancellation Policy
Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 15 minutes to cancel your order. We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 15 minutes. However, if 15 minutes have passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
Refund Policy
20% Processing Fee: All of our wall arts are custom made and due to the nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Each piece is pre-ordered and as soon as your order is placed, we can no longer re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned.
25% - 30% Processing Fee: All requests for refunds on returned-to-sender items will be processed minus a 25% (US Clients) or 30% (International Clients) processing fee. Each piece is custom made and as soon as your order is placed and we cannot resell or re-stock any returned items. Initial Shipping Fee is non-refundable as we have sent the item.
The remainder of the total cost (minus the order processing fee and initial shipping fee) may incur additional fees to cover the return shipping. The incurred additional fee may vary depending on the shipping option the customer has initially chosen (excluding DHL & USPS)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the shipping fee will not be included on your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again. Contact PayPal or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
