Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship Canvas Prints orders & 5-12 days for Hand Painted orders. However, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales events and peak shopping days.
We ship using the following postal service providers:
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from multiple fulfilment centers (USA, Canada, China, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand). If you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately.
What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?
We will provide tracking numbers once your order is handed to the postman. If the tracking shows no progress for a week or more, you are advised to contact your local post to check for the actual tracking information of the package.
Important: Canvasx.net shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or incorrect destination information arising during shipment period. You are required to enter correct shipping details when checking-out. In the event that you made an error, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Furthermore, Canvasx.net is also not responsible for country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Restrictions, duties, taxers, and any other fees collected by from the country of destination shall be held accountable to the customer.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Absolutely! We accept DHL Express Shipping that will usually take 3-7 business days to arrive on your destination excluding a further 2-4 business days production process.
Note: You will be given 2 to 3 Shipping options upon check-out:

- Priority Insured Shipping (Get Peace of Mind With Your Order-100% covered if lost/damaged/stolen during transit) - $3.95
- DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING - Rates depends on the Size & Weight of the ordered item (Should you need to have the order before a certain date, please consider placing an order 10 days ahead of the expected delivery date.)

We only provide estimated delivery times due to factors that often affect international shipments (i.e., holidays, customs delays, bad weather condition). Also note that in some circumstances, you may have to collect your package from the post office if difficulty in accessing your property is encountered by the postman.
Do you ship in my country?
We ship worldwide except in countries like Bolivia, Jersey, Guernsey, Kosovo, Isle of Man, Curacao, Republic of Cameroon, Faroe Islands, Samoa, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Mariana Islands, Yemen, New Caledonia & Guatemala. We try to make our canvases available worldwide but sometimes certain regions experience a high rate of lost packages, issues with customs clearance, or non-deliverable addresses. Until we are able to find a secure courier service, we will not be able to ship to those countries. We are continually working on improving our shipping options so your country may be added on the list of supported countries in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will be notified through email while tracking number is made available on the next day. You may check your shipment status through this link Track Your Order.
What if a package was marked as delivered but I didn't get it?
Please check with family members or neighbors in the event that they have received it on your behalf. The package may have also been left with property managers or an apartment office. You can also contact your postal service to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Please be noted that this case is non-refundable.
I still haven't received my package, can I get a refund?
Packages rarely get lost unless provided with an incorrect shipping address. On some occasions, customs will hold a package much longer than expected and/or you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package. This is beyond our company's control and we are not held liable for any imposed charges, thus, we encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information. On the other hand, if the package is claimed to be returned by the courier, please provide a proof that says the package is being sent back to us (e.g. return receipt or note). That would greatly help us in solving the issue. Once done, we will immediately issue a replacement for you.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer PayPal as our secure payment method which accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Don’t worry, it is 100% safe to order from our website. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. None of your credit card details will be revealed. During checkout, when you enter your credit card & personal information at our online store, you are passing the information securely to us, using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Our site has earned the McAfee SECURE certifications.
Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly
Was I Charged Twice?
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange within 60 & 30 days from the date you receive your wall art.
All of this will be handled by our exceptional customer service team who's available for any of your concerns. Please note that Return Shipping Fee is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (Damaged or Incorrect Item). Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However, if 12 hours have passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
